1. Website and enquiries
This page describes security relating to our public website and business enquiries. The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Enquiries are submitted through a server-side endpoint with input validation and basic automated-submission checks, then passed to our own system for handling.
2. Sharing information
No website or method of electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client records through the enquiry form.
3. Client implementations
Security requirements for client implementations, including access arrangements, hosting and operational responsibilities, are agreed as part of the individual engagement.
4. Reporting a concern
If you identify a suspected vulnerability or believe information has been exposed, email privacy@elastrum.io with enough detail for us to investigate. Please avoid accessing other people’s information, disrupting the website or including sensitive data in your report.
